Paleotime-NL 2020

On March 12th, the Dutch government has decided to forbid all events with more than 100 visitors. This means that we, as the organisation of PaleoTime-NL have to cancel our event as well. PaleoTime-NL 2020 is hereby is cancelled.

Geology site description:

Geysir is the most famous geyser in the world. It has given all other geysers its name. The geysers a column of steam and hot water in the air several times an hour. The geyser Strokkur is the most active geyser in the area with hot springs. Geysir itself is less active. The activity of the geysers is strongly affected by earthquakes.

Geysir is located in the Haukadalur valley in the southwest of Iceland. From Reykjavik the area can be reached by normal car if there is no snow.
